The first ever official remix of Darwin Deez comes from our very own Jake Bullit . The son of a Wizzard (Jake’s dad played keys in the glam rock incarnation of the Electric Light Orchestra co-founder, Roy Wood), Jake’s mix emphasizes euphoric contemporary space disco grooves, and features another family talent, courtesy of the most audacious bass-slapping solo from his mum. Jake has not so long ago delivered fantastic remixes for Sebastien Tellier’s ‘La Ritournelle’, and Mstrkrft’s ‘Heartbreaker’, and this mix has already been road-tested by ‘Horse Meat Disco’ legend DJ Severino to full effect.
