We proudly present FTSE, aka the Midlands’ Sam Manville.
On his debut ‘FTSE 1’ EP, which we will release on July 1st, Sam effortlessly shifts gears and pushes genre boundaries, playing and writing everything himself, but still finding time to write the most incredible sing-a-long pop hooks with exceptionally honest and poignant lyrics.
Lead EP track ‘Tidal Wave’ was premiered today on The FADER and features Saint Saviour as co-vocalist, sensual and sensitive as never before, “everybody’s got something hidden, spendin’ all my time just to keep a lid on”.
One Man, one MPC, one cracked version of Logic and one blurred vision and as FTSE so succinctly puts it on ‘Tidal Wave’, “move over, I’m feelin’, I’m stealin’, the moment”.
FTSE will make his debut live performance opening for AlunaGeorge at The Electric Brixton on June 20th.
